先週Appleから「RoughCastは長くアップデートされていませんね。30日以内にアップデートしない場合はApp Storeから外します」との通知がありました。
諸事情により、アップデートの予定はありません。近日中に配信終了となる見込みです。

Last week Apple notified me that RoughCast doesn't follow current review guidelines because it has not been updated for a long time.
I decided not to update the app for personal reasons, so it will be removed from the App Store in a few weeks.
